Master's Program Cost + Financial Information

The cost of the 30-unit program is $24,248 for residents and $35,000 for non-residents. This course is pending a course fee review from Arizona Board of Regents and the fee is subject to change if approved.

Tuition payment for the Master’s in Economics is handled through the University of Arizona Bursar’s Office. The UA charges various additional mandatory fees, as well, which amount to an additional $1,200 per year and cannot be waived.

Master’s students are not considered for graduate assistantships within the economics department, though they may seek employment elsewhere at the university if they wish.
